Lovebean Fudge Chocolate Pancakes

Here's our recipe for Lovebean chocolate pancakes! These are delicious and kid approved!

It's amazing to know that one tablespoon of Lovebean fudge yields only 6 grams of coconut sugar and no refined sugar! Lovebean fudge is easy to work with! It melts, hardens, and is an amazing creamy texture at room temperature! Can't beat that it is also Vegan, Paleo, Organic, Dairy Free, NO GMOs, and Low Glycemic! Lovebean Fudge Chocolate Pancakes

Cook time: 5 minutes

TOOLS:

  • Parchment Paper
  • Spoon & Spatula
  • Griddle or pan

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a dollop of slightly melted* Lovebean Fudge for every pancake you plan to make. Then spread in a circle about 1/8in. thick.
2. But baking sheet in freezer for about 30 minutes.
3. Prepare pancake batter.
4. Spray griddle with nonstick spray. Heat griddle over medium heat.
5. Scoop pancake batter onto hot griddle. Place frozen lovebean fudge circle in center and then spoon a little more batter on top.
6. Cook until golden about 3 mintues. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or so.
7. To serve, stack 3 pancakes. Top with melted Lovebean Sea Salt Caramel and dab of coconut cream. ENJOY!!

*for slightly melted fudge, put a jar of room temperature Lovebean fudge in a bowl of hot tap water for about 10 seconds and stir.
