Lovebean Thumbprint Cookies
3 small bananas, mashed
Heaped ½ cup of ground almonds
Heaped 1 cup of oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey (we used acacia)
No matter how disciplined we try to be with our food choices, we all crave a good cookie now and then. Trouble is, most healthy cookie recipes fall apart on you (literally), but this is a great recipe because it makes a cookie that actually looks and tastes like a cookie. Just watch them disappear and you’ll know we’re right.
To make these cookies, add the bananas, ground almonds, oats, peanut butter, and honey to a bowl. Stir to combine. Place a sheet of foil onto a baking sheet and spray lightly with non-stick spray. Now spoon your mixture onto the baking sheet in twelve equal portions (roughly one heaped spoon each).
Press each cookie down with the back of a spoon to flatten and to create a well in the center of the cookie. Now place the baking sheet into 350F oven for around 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove cookies from the oven, leave to stand on the sheet for 5 minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
While the cookies are cooling, spoon any flavor of Lovebean into the middle of each cookie. Now watch them disappear. These can be kept in a sealed container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Lovebean Milkshake RecipeYou will need one banana, your favorite type of milk (preferably cold), two squeeze packs of your favorite Lovebean, ice. Place all ingredients, apart from the ice, into a blender.Blend until smooth.Add in ice, a few bits at a time, until your desired consistency is reached.Top with a couple of raspberries and enjoy!
