Vegan Caramel Lovebean Granola Bites


These granola bites are great on-the-go snacks that give you a wholesome energy boost.

You need:

2 cups of your favorite granola (we love the kind with dried fruit mixed in)
1/2 cup of Sea Salt Vegan Caramel Lovebean, melted

Put the granola into a bowl and pour the melted Lovebean over the top. Mix well to combine, either with a spoon or your hands. Line a muffin tray with small muffin cups, then spoon a bit of mixture into each.

Press the mixture down into each cup with the back of a spoon, then place the muffin tray in the refrigerator. Once hardened, place the bites in a sealed container and keep in the fridge until you're ready to eat. Enjoy!
